Service Description

If your heat pump needs its annual service, call us to book a visit.

Our engineers service each unit according to the manufacturer’s requirements for your brand and model. We have years of experience installing and servicing air and ground source heat pumps.

An annual service keeps your heat pump and system running efficiently, and a well-maintained heat pump can last 20 years or more.

The service includes:

- full visual checks

- temperature checks

- system checks

- pressure testing of the relevant pipework

- electrical circuit testing

- cleaning the outdoor unit

- checks on the vented or unvented cylinder

Any replacement parts are charged separately on the invoice.

If parts are needed, we will always tell you before carrying out any further work.
